Hey everyone!
So October has been a super exciting month for me! Mainly because it's the 1 year anniversary of my little online business! But also because I've had two mares foal this month!
Reaching milestones in business; kicking goals in life!
I took the chance to reflect on what I've created over the past 12 months, and to also look to the future and what else I can do to grow my brand. It's actually amazing what I've been able to give myself, just by working online an hour or two a day around my busy schedule!
I've been privileged to help so many people with their health and wellness through the support of the Healthstyle Emporium and the partnered products, which is pretty amazing for this shy little girl from the bush. It's so rewarding to make such an impact in someone's life, all because I said yes to something way outside my comfort zone! The personal development and growth has been such a major part of the last 12 months, and I really feel like I'm stepping into who I really am - like a kind of becoming!
And now I'm stepping up; I'm adding so much more value to my Instagram and my blog for my followers, and I'm upleveling my customer experience too! My clients will get so much more value for money; on top of the hundreds of dollars of free content they're already getting inside the Healthstyle Emporium, I'm now providing more one on one support, with monthly coaching sessions, as well as a weekly value drop in their inbox, with recipes, blogs, podcasts, and other tools to help them on their health journey!
I'm also launching a monthly Rural Healthstyle newsletter, which will be available for anyone; simply subscribe to my website by scrolling down this page, or flick me a message on Insta to be added to the email list! The first one will be going out at the end of the month, so make sure you don't miss out!
In my personal life, it's been a heck of a year! I've been working full time, and work has been very full on; lots of big projects, building fences, putting in water troughs and tanks, and plenty of cattle work to keep us hopping. Weekends have been just as busy; dogs to work, horses to ride, jobs to do, and not all that much down time in between! I was preparing two of my horses for competing in a Stockman's Challenge or two this year, but then all the comps got cancelled. I was getting my mares ready to foal out, and acquired two new mares to put in foal this season, so cross your fingers for me! My hubby has been very devoted to training his working dogs, so I've spent a bit of time working with my own dogs as well, and have my youngest pup, Rue, just starting to do a bit now! Josh and I just celebrated 6 years of marriage, and we've been looking at buying some acreage so we can have something of our own for the first time; so believe me when I say life has been full!
But there's something about the full being FULLfilled - working towards goals, actually having some direction in our lives is something we didn't really have 2 years ago. Nothing to get excited about, nothing to get us out of bed in the mornings, no goals to reach for. As a result, our mindset was terrible and we both were pretty unhealthy mentally... a lack of purpose will do that to you! So in a way, it's refreshing to have projects again, even if life is very full!
I'm so thankful for everyone that's came along for the journey for the past year, and I'm excited to see what the next 12 months will bring!
What could you achieve in a year??
